The TWG Xwas developed using anatomic values obtained by athletes of all ages. Plaster models of patient teeth were scanned using 3D CAD/CAM technology and values were recorded and utilized in constructing the outer core of the mouth guard.
The TWG X utilizes a unique blend of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and Polyurethane polymers. This blend of polymers provides excellent bond strength between the layers of the mouth guard to resist separation of material layers, and offers superb compressive and tensile strength for protection and color stability.
The TWG X features a unique scaffold design that contains interior and exterior raised bumpers. These bumpers are raised a few millimeters from the internal walls to ensure a uniform thickness of material for strength and protection, a quality that was previously absent from boil and bite guards.
TWG X skeleton has been engineered to safely incorporate a ferrous material to temporarily tether the mouth guard for the athlete. This unique feature offers innovation and protection for all sports.
